A fusion of yoga and high intensity interval training that combines power yoga and drills to create a high intensity interval yoga training experience. While tuning into proper alignment, we will add bursts of power using plyometrics and speed and strength drills to elevate heart rate. Recovery will be slow yoga flow to release and let go! This ride will take participants around the beautiful wonders of México. The video and images will include amazing waterfalls and volcanoes, incredible cliffs and lakes and several archaeological sites. It will be a pleasure to take everybody to México to ride and enjoy along their trails and roads and make participants wish to travel to my country.
