Becoming a Spinning instructor allowed me the opportunity to fulfil my childhood dream of becoming a coach/motivator. Over the years it has provided me the outlet to explore music as it relates to its ability to evoke emotional responses from my students in an effort to take their potential to new heights.
My approach is total mind-body-wellness and one of my greatest joys is to see my students grow from strength to strength.
SEJA is an absolute dream come true and I am still pinching myself that this is happening. Let's get this party started!

What's up everyone! My name is Rob DeClercq and I am a Team USA age-group triathlete from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I got into triathlons almost 10 years ago by a colleague to join in a local sprint race. And if you asked me 10 years ago if I thought I'd have run the Boston Marathon, raced an Ironman triathlon, competed at Ironman 70.3 World Championship as well as at ITU Long Course Age Group World Championships, and achieved USA Triathlon All-American and Ironman All-World honors within 10 years, I would never have believed you! Fortunately, impossible is nothing!
I am a Gatorade Endurance athlete where I also have the opportunity to talk about training and racing - as well as hydration - with the South Florida Swimming, Running and Triathlon community. I swim with Azura Florida Aquatics Masters Swim Team and I also train with Alpha Endurance Triathlon Team. I'm a husband and father of a four-legged rugrat, and a carnivore who loves a good burger with tater tots and a cold wheat beer after a great race.
I'm excited and honoured to be able to share my training and racing tips that have helped me over the last 9 years with the folks of SEJA.

Martha Williams - Canada
I've always wanted to fly. It started with jumping out of trees, riding my horse bareback and running wildly through fields of our family farm. Later years flying was felt racing as a GS Skier, rower and downhill mountain biker.
These days I find the same rush of adrenaline from teaching. It can be the visualization in a Spinning® class, the mindfulness in Pilates or the power and strength demonstrated with functional training. Watching my students experience that feeling, a connectedness that emotional response is as beautiful as the thought of flying.
I'm a Spinning Master Instructor and certified in SPINPower® , Pilates instructor and USA Level 2 Cycling Coach among others.
Through clear intention I motivate and inspire my students to break out of the box, push at the ceiling and open the doors to the knowing that they can soar. See you in November and we can all fly!
Natalie Murray - Jamaica
I'm Natz, a fun loving Jamaican bringing my own elegant yet edgy flair to all I do. I'm a wife, mother of three and a banker by day with a ton of passion for my own health and fitness which led me to become a Spinning® Instructor.
I'm a Certified Health Coach having studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. I always believed that consistent application of a healthy lifestyle with healthy choices can have significant impact on your overall wellbeing.
I look at the whole person, helping them to make better real quality choices over fake foods and I'm really proud of my clients and the positive impact my coaching is having on their lives.
I know there is no magic pill, no quick fix but there is definitely an amazing healing power of food.
SEJA is going to rock Negril so get your tickets! CU there.

Wendy Lee - Jamaica
I started swimming at age 10. I swam in both high school and in college in NY where I earned MVP and 100 mt breast stroke records. My coaching career then began where we started the first ever Montego Bay Swim Club.
These days I'm in Kingston as the head coach and owner of the Tornadoes Swim Club. I also coach the Jamaica National Age group team, age group swimmers at Hillel Acadamy and have coached at Carifta CCAN Commonwealth Youth Games. I have American Swim Coaches certification and High Level coaching certificate from FINA from US Olympic Training Center in Colorado.
Coaching swimming is not a job but certainly a career, that allows me as an individual to set goals and achieve excellence, but most importantly it allows me to nurture and develop young persons to be healthy and happy, to strive for excellence, to win and to lose, to celebrate victories and learn how to overcome hurdles. Most importantly though is the life long bonds you build friends and sporting family
